# Updating your PCC

How to update your Product Control Code when ENERCALC SEL does not reflect your current subscription status.

Updating your PCC

Under normal circumstances ENERCALC SEL automatically updates your Product Control Code when a new one becomes available. When ENERCALC is open, it will intermittently check for a new PCC, so it is aware of changes to your license, including a new renewal date.
