# Issues with Printed Reports in Countries Outside the US

What to do when printed reports appear jumbled or misaligned due to non-US Windows language and regional settings.

On occasion users in countries outside the US experience issues when printing reports. For example, some printed headings may be jumbled, misaligned, or may obscure other parts of the printed report.

This may be due to the language setting in Windows. To address it:

1. **Download the English (United States) language pack:**

* Go to your computer's settings.
* Navigate to **Time & Language** or **Language & Region**.
* Find the option to download **English (United States)** as a language pack.

1. **Change the Regional Format:**

* In the same settings menu, go to **Language & Region**.
* Look for the option to change the **Regional Format** and set it to **English (United States)**.

1. **Keep everything else in your native language:**

* Your computer's system language will remain in your native language, and your keyboard layout will not change.

1. **Launch Enercalc:**

* Once you’ve made the changes, **Enercalc** will recognize the new language setting and adjust its graphical interface to English.

This ensures that ENERCALC SEL switches to English while your system remains in your native language.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.enercalc.com/sel-faq/using-the-software/printing/issues-with-printed-reports-2.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
