# Incompatibility with Opera Browser

Why the ENERCALC Cloud App does not work in the Opera browser.

## Why am I having trouble accessing the Cloud App with my Opera browser?

Our cloud platform vendor indicates that they do not support Opera.

We've added code to the login page to warn Opera users about this.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Browser preference is important yet in this case it seems the issue is out of our hands.
