AWC is clear that there are aspect ratio adjustments to be made for Wood Structural Panels and for Structural Fiberboard Panels (SDPWS 2021, section 4.3.3.2). It is also clear that there is an exception that can be applied under certain conditions (SDPWS 2021, section 4.3.5.5.1).
