# Internet Activation Tips for IT Pros on Particularly Difficult Situations

Things like:

* deleting the enercalc entries in the registry,
* deleting ec\_sel.bas,
* does it work when run as admin vs run normally (and what that implies),
* additional a/v questions, and
* other things that often come up when i get pulled into a ticket.
* Disable SentinelOne

This is intended for a local IT person so we can say "look, if the faq solutions dont do it, then you really need some local IT help. Here's a document to help them help you."
